CLMS is excited to start an Archery Club for CLMS Students next week! Sign ups will be available online at the link below.

Please note: this club is limited to only 15 CLMS students. Families can sign their students up on a first come, first served basis.

-Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:05-3:45 pm (Starts this Tuesday, November 4th)
-Held at the RJES Gym
-Students must attend on Tuesdays to be able to participate on Thursdays

Reminder:

The Mock Crash Scene will be held tomorrow, Friday, 10/31, on the High School Campus for a Red Ribbon Week Activity for 8th-11th Graders. This is not open to the public. Please be aware there will be no drive through access from 11:00am-12:00pm.

As a reminder, Student Activity fees have been posted to PowerSchool with a due date of tomorrow, Friday, October 31st. (https://5il.co/3ql5l)

Please see the additional details below:
- Student Activity Fees apply to ALL full-time secondary students, regardless of their participation in extracurricular activities.

-Families who have met the "household cap" (3+ secondary students in the household) will see a $0.00 balance for the youngest secondary student in the household.

-Payments can be made online (through your web browser, NOT in the PowerSchool App). Please see the following how-to guide for online payments: https://5il.co/3ql5k

-Payments can also be made in person at the District Office (cash or check).

-Fee waivers or payment plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis for student fees for families with financial hardship upon submission of a waiver application and supporting documentation. Waiver applications are available in the CLMS, MHS, and District offices.

Students & Families of the Class of 2026, and Metlakatla Community!

Are you ready to complete your FAFSA? Do you have any questions related to going to school? Are you wanting to go to school and need help with the first step?

On Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 at 7:00pm at the High School Commons we will be starting the FAFSA together, getting some great tips for scholarships, and any general Post-High School questions answered.

What you will need to bring:
-2023 or 2024 Tax return
-Your Student’s Laptop & Charger
-Driver’s License or ID
-Social Security Number
-Great Attitude!

Our RootEd Advisor with Sealaska Heritage Institute Andy Lee will also be there to help!
