We are SO proud of you!
Our basketball teams played their hearts out while the cheerleaders cheered their hearts out! We have arrived safely back in Metlakatla and cannot be more proud of our teams. Miss Chiefs placed 4th and the Chiefs placed 6th. They all displayed sportsmanship and respect during the tournament. All our travelers will be tested today following our safety plan.
Thank you to Alma Parker and the rest of the Kayhi staff for a successful tournament! Also thank you to our coaches and assistant coaches Julian Russell, Vanessa Anniskett, Tony Scott, Tadd Yliniemi and Jeanine Marsden for making it the successful trip that it was!
