Mind mapping is a so sweet you get to write stuff about ENYTHING wich is totally rad. You get to say stuff like any thing its so  so so rad. I to put a question mark,3 light bulbs,1233,3smiley faces, caution sign, check mark and lol(: and i got to make a smiley face say RAD wich is totaly................................................................................. The mind map can be contrasted with the similar idea of concept mapping. The former is based on radial hierarchies and tree structures denoting relationships with a central governing concept, whereas concept maps are based on connections between concepts in more diverse patterns.

An industry standard that implements formal rules for finalizing at least a subset of such diagrams is the Unified Modeling Language (UML)
